Remember that time I decided to be an aerial silks acrobat so I could literally climb my way to the top?

Yeah. It’s still happening. Chapter 2 of The Silk Road on Social Workout starts tomorrow, December 1st, 2010. The challenge is 28 days long, which means I have to accomplish
- 240 Assisted pullups
- 8 Aerial Silks classes
- 280 minutes of yoga (10 minutes daily)
- 20 workouts (5 a week)
- 240 minutes of core exercises (60 minutes a week)
- 4 bubble baths (Don’t say I never gave you nothing)
I’m usually only this ambitious about my social schedule - but if I can make it to 5 holiday parties in a snowstorm, I can do anything! Join my fierce and glow-y (not sweaty) party here.
