» Survive the Holidays with Social Workout and Friends

We all know I’m all about celebrating - especially during the holiday season - but I’m also wary of burn out and that “Ugh, what I have done to myself?” feeling come January. Enter Social Workout 2.0, which is re-launching in time to help you remember to take just a little care of yourself during this super-fun, super-gluttonous season. Oliver (♥ ♥) explains it all on the SW blog. The Holidayasana Challenge starts on December 1st with free passes to 14 yoga studios and the opportunity to win prizes! Don’t be scared. You don’t have to commit to running a marathon during the holidays or anything scary like that. I track lots of mini, easy goals for myself - like drinking 8 glasses of water a day, eating fish 3 times a week or taking a bubble bath once a week - just simple things that remind me to be nice to myself.
